The Mason Lions Club has several primary goals and projects
- to provide eyeglasses to people of all ages that could
not otherwise afford them
- to support the Lions Summer Camp at Kerrville for
handicapped students and students with diabetes
- to support Lions Club San Angelo Eye Bank, Leader Dog
School, Cuidad Acuna, Mexico, Eye Clinic, LCIF
- to support other local endeavors
