OPERATION
ORPHANS
For over 40 years, Operation Orphans has provided
opportunities for residents of children’s homes in Texas to experience the
excitement and thrills of hunting in the Hill Country.
The generosity of thousands of individuals has made this possible.
Host ranches, volunteer guides, food, clothing, ammunition, and money are
some of the needs that have been met to make all this possible.
We host 3 boys hunts and 1 girls hunt in the fall and an exotic hunt in
Jan. or Feb.
Do
you have too many does on your ranch?
Operation Orphans can provide youngsters to harvest your
excess does. We can provide
selected volunteer guides or your hunters may serve as guides. Our guides are hunter safety certified. Our guides or yours will operate under our strict safety
rules.
Volunteer
Guide?
Would
you like to give a youngster some badly needed love and attention? As a guide, you would spend the day with a youngster
teaching them gun safety, hunting skills, and how to love the outdoors.
Operation Orphans has a game pasture with trophy
whitetails, auodads, axis, and blackbucks.
These hunts provide support for our program for youngsters.
Our prices are very reasonable.
