Mike Dail brings unique and important expertise to the real estate business.  He served for 30 years as president of a local farm credit institution that makes and services loans on farms, ranches, rural residences and agri-businesses in the Texas Hill Country.  Dail also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the American Land Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the protection and preservation of private property, constitutional principles, free enterprise and liberty.

Dail holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University.  His many years of experience in the lending business has resulted in a very close working relationship with other area brokers, lenders, title companies, appraisers, surveyors and other industry professionals, and has allowed him to maintain a keen knowledge of area real estate sales and the economic environment.  He and his family have been ranching in Texas for well over 100 years.  If Dail doesn't have a listing on a particular property he knows where to find it and and will represent you as a buyer's agent.
